Electrostatic Powder Coating<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

It is a solvent-free surface coating method. The coating material is very fine powder paint particles that make up the top coat layer. Its application takes place in an oven with a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius. This painting process is more preferred by our customers than traditional painting processes for its solvent-free quality, surface quality, durability, economic and environmentally friendly features.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Geomet Coating<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

It is an inorganic coating consisting of Zinc and Aluminum particles.<\/p>\n

Since the salt test resistance is 600 hours for 5-7 micron coating and 1000 hours for 8-10 micron coating,\u00a0 Geomet is often preferred for the coating of machine parts to be used on the outer surfaces which has a high potential for corrosion by our customers, in addition to being extremely sensitive to the environment and human health as it does not contain chromium and heavy metals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Zinc\/Nickel Plating<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

Nickel alloy zinc\/nickel plating, which can be applied with alkaline or acidic solution baths, is often preferred because its metal distribution can be controlled more easily and its coating performance is better. In addition to its ease of application and corrosion prevention performance, it is an environmentally friendly coating type because it does not contain heavy metals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Cataphoresis Coating<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>
<\/div>

Cataphoresis coating is an electrochemical coating that is widely used in the industry to protect metal components against corrosive effects, and is generally known and preferred in the automotive industry.<\/p>\n

The automotive industry prefers this type of coating because of its excellent corrosion resistance on metal parts, stone impact resistance, improved edge corrosion performance, high film thickness (<35 micron), chemical resistance, high contamination resistance, applicability of powder coating and other paint applications after coating, as well as fast and homogeneous coating.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s more, it is especially preferred by our environmentally conscious customers because it is free from lead and tin, has a water-based structure and does not have the risk of glare.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
